At Indigo we are committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and their families. The practice is built on a foundation of empathy, respect, and safety. We utilise a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet individual needs, while ensuring everyone in the family is heard and feels empowered throughout treatment.
